What types of bitcoin services does SecuraCoin provide?
AGENTS - We currently provide bitcoin services to 3 types of Agents: MSBs (Money Service Businesses), RSBs (Retail Service Businesses) and ISPs (Independent Service Providers). Our services include giving the ability to Sell Bitcoin, Buy Bitcoin, Accept Bitcoin as a form of payment and BitZipp (send bitcoin worldwide to any SMS number or E-Mail address). We are able to provide services to Agents in Canada and the United States as well as ISPs worldwide.
MERCHANTS - We also provide stand-alone payment processing services for Merchants to be able to accept bitcoin as a form of payment without the risk of volatility and guaranteed funds for their services and products.
END-USERS - Our online portal will soon be able to service end-user clients to Buy & Sell bitcoin instantly with a number of account loading options and fully integrated mobile applications for Android and iOS.
AGENT TYPES:
MSBs will operate under our licensing and adhere to AML/KYC standards which we have developed and oversee. These Agents will be able to transact upto $3,000.00 per order. We take care of the payment processing, financial relationships and setup of bitcoin liquidity. MSBs are traditional businesses who are already engaged in providing financial services including Cheque Cashing, Loans, Remittance, Foreign Exchanges and more. MSBs are expected to make a $2500.00 deposit to get started, but we provide operating liquidity for them.
RBSs will operate under our licensing and adhere to our AML/KYC programs as well. They are not traditional businesses in the financial services industry but operate businesses in sectors including computer stores, cellphone stores, print shops and other professional services. These Agents will be able to transact upto $250.00 per order. We take care of the payment processing, financial relationships and setup of bitcoin liquidity. RSBs are expected to make a $1000.00 deposit to get started, but we provide operating liquidity for them.
ISPs will not operate under our licensing but we will train them in AML/KYC programs applicable to their country of operation. They will have to get licensed themselves in their jurisdictions but are allowed to use our program and portal for AML/KYC upkeep and adherence. We will not be setting them up with financial relationships and they will operate at arms length from us, but they will gain the benefit of our customer base in their areas. ISPs do not need to make a deposit to get started but we will help set them up with a bitcoin provider.
We share revenues with both MSBs and RSBs at a 50/50 split, but do not charge any other fees. For ISPs, we charge an operation fee of 0.5% on all transactions.
We advertise, train, help bring traffic and provide marketing material all free of charge for our Agents while providing continuing support and education during our service term.
